7:00 pm – Board of Directors met prior to the general membership meeting. These are the list of issues that were discussed:

7:30 pm – Meeting was called to order – Pledge of Allegiance & Conservation pledge

Introduction of Officers: Stephen Gustkey- Pistol (filled in for absence of Mike C.), John Hiser-Treasurer, Brian Jesteadt- Membership, Mike Ripley- Jr. Rifle/Black Powder, Tom Horstman- Trap, James Hacke- Recording Secretary.

Treasurer’s Report: John read treasurer’s report.

Bills and Communications: Erie Insurance Bill was paid $3,416. Upcoming spring taxes will be $727.04

Pop: Steve turned in $7.

Rental Committee Report: March 16th, 17th, 18th (Pistol Match),March 24th (Frolic), April 10th, 17th, 24th Iron Mountain, Sept 25 & 26 (Hunter Safety Class).

Pistol Team: Pistol team took in $265, expense $40, kept $65, turned in $160. The pistol team shoots on Thursdays from 5 PM till dark. 22 cal. & Centerfire 32, 38, & 45 cal. All welcome to come practice.

Trap Team: Tom turned in $192.13. Practice will resume this spring on Tuesdays, $3.50 per 25 targets. Open to general public, club members, and new shooters.

Black Powder: Mike took in $180, expenses $115, kept $20, turned in $45. 2nd Sunday of each month 11:00am are the meat shoots (Black powder, closest to bullseye). March 24 is the Frolic. 9am-1pm is the woods shoot, 1pm-5pm is the novelty shoot w/ a banquet dinner to follow

Junior Rifle Team: Nothing to turn in this month. Juniors welcome to come shoot on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday’s of each month from 6:30 to 8:00 pm.

Archery: Still looking for any members willing to join together to make a team to practice.

Fun Indoor Shoot: Dickie turned in $235. The fun shoot is 10 rounds for $10. They will be shooting every Monday from Noon-4pm. Everyone is welcome. Iron/Peep sights with .22 caliber rifles from a rested position. Closest to bullseye wins a prize.

Membership: Brian read new memberships and turned in $555 of which $60 to maintenance fund and $495 to the general fund. $40- was turned in for key cards. He reported 49 new members for 2018 which brings a total of 421 Sr, Life and Charter members. Total membership is 568 .

Old Business: Still looking for bids on getting french drains put in around building. Plans are moving forward on planning a club picnic on May 19th. The scout troop that stayed at the club this past January donated $100 to the club and expressed their thanks for using the club.

New Business: The club received a letter from the Troop D stated police asking for a donation for the upcoming camp cadet. It was voted and agreed that the club will donate $1,000.

Good of the Association: Still planning on having a Meet and Greet picnic in May for the membership. If anyone is interested in helping to plan or help out at the event contact Steve Gustkey.
